Can I update my information?
Yes. Edit your property information, instructions and recommendations in Hostito. Guests use the same guestbook link to see your updated content.
Can I manage more than one property?
Yes. Your subscription determines your property allowance. Pro supports up to three properties; contact us about an Agency plan for larger portfolios and your team’s requirements.
Can we start with just one guestbook?
Yes. Use the self-service builder to design your first guide, then discuss the right plan as your requirements grow.

What can the AI concierge answer?+
It answers questions using the property information you approve, including amenities, policies, service details, arrival instructions and local recommendations. If an answer is unclear, it can be escalated to your manager.
